Instructions for green papaya salad

chop up your garlic cloves

shred your green papaya

chop up your green cabbage
pour the lime juice, msg, fish sauce, sugar, papaya salad sauce and garlic on top of the cabbage and papaya. we love using the kambo papaya salad sauce, but it’s been hard to find lately! we have 2 other options in the picture as a replacement ๐Ÿ™‚
slice your tomatoes and any of your other aromatics and toppings (culantro leaves, string beans, chopped shallots) we didn’t have much on hand, so we just used tomatoes!

and enjoy!

unfortunately, we didn’t have any of the other optional ingredients on hand (which we typically do) so our papaya salad doesn’t look as colorful! ๐Ÿ™ but, it’s super duper delicious and I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
