Easy 3 Ingredient Berry Yogurt Bark – Kid Friendly!
I’m a huge fan of easy recipes and things that you already have in the fridge. My kids LOVE yogurt and can eat it literally alll day. Sometimes, it gets a little boring eating it from a spoon and bowl, so why not spruce it up with some real fruits? Yogurt is a health alternative to ice cream! Not only does it have lots of probiotic, but it’s packed with all the vitamins and calcium needed to help bone health and development! Did I forget to mention that it’s absolutely delish? Especially in the summer time, try out these 3 ingredient yogurt bark for you and the family! Cool, refreshing, AND healthy? Can’t beat that ๐

Easy 3 Ingredient Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups Yogurt I used whole fat strawberry yogurt for the kids! This works with any yogurt you have
- 1/3 cup Berries I used black berries and raspberries, feel free to use any fruits you have!
Instructions
- Grab a tray and place your parchment paper or silicone lining mat on top (this makes breaking and lifting the bark off of the tray much easier
- Pour the 2 cups of yogurt onto the liner and spread evenly with a spoon
- Wash fruit well and pat dry. Cut into small bite sized pieces
- Distribute the fruit onto the yogurt
- Place the tray into the freezer until the yogurt and fruit have settled ~30 minutes
- Remove from the freezer and break apart (or cut) the yogurt bark
